Every session runs in German, and that is deliberate. If a German employer invites you to interview, that conversation will be in German — practising it in English would be the wrong rehearsal.
You do not need perfect German. You need enough to hold a professional conversation. If you can get through a job interview in German, you can get through a session with Oliver.
